Update zlib (1.2.11 -> 1.3.2), lcms2 (2.8 -> 2.18), libpng (1.6.34 -> 1.6.56), libxml2 (2.9.7 -> 2.14.6), icu4c (60.2 -> 78.2), and mdds (1.3.1 -> 3.1.0). Versions track what LibreOffice core uses today. Drop the icu 60.2-era ubsan and ofz patches; they no longer fit icu 78.2 and are likely fixed upstream. Lower libstaroffice's AC_PREREQ([2.72]) back to 2.71 so the Ubuntu 24.04 base image autoconf still works
