Hi there 👋,

My name is Thomas Zwagerman. I'm the Research Software Engineer Lead at the British Antarctic Survey. I lead the Digital Innovation Team, a team of RSEs developing software infrastructure that supports the long term sustainable delivery of impacts from digital projects at BAS.

I'm currently working on:

I mostly use Python, Julia, and R.

I previously worked as a Senior Research Software Engineer at BAS, Environmental Data Scientist and as a Spatial Data Analyst at the UK Centre for Ecology and Hydrology. I have also worked as a Data Intelligence Officer at the Suffolk County Council.
