Add an empty `.sourcegraph/ignore` file that will explicitly define ignore paths for Sourcegraph indexing and search. Currently this is empty as we don't have any path to be ignored but this is mandatory for some AI tools. Signed-off-by: Daniel Baluta <daniel.baluta@nxp.com>
