fix: prompts not being asked

Note

Fixes init interactive prompts by basing when conditions on inquirer answers and bumps chardet to 2.1.1.

• CLI (init command):
  • Update inquirer when conditions to use answers (typed via new InquirerAnswers) instead of flags for prompts like includeClient, includePayloads, includeHeaders, includeParameters, and includeChannels in src/commands/init.ts.
• Dependencies:
  • Bump chardet from 2.1.0 to 2.1.1 in package-lock.json.
