No functional changes, only javadoc adjustments. LocalStackContainer#getEndpointOverride() method has been removed and LocalStackContainer#getEndpoint() is supposed to be used. This PR aligns the examples in javadoc for all affected methods.

LocalStackContainer#getEndpointOverride() method and Service enum have been removed and LocalStackContainer#getEndpoint() is supposed to be used instead. The getEndpoint() method's javadoc already reflects the most recent state. This PR aligns the examples in javadoc for other methods.
