This is the output of running actions-up on all the workflows to update the versions of GitHub Actions used in the jobs. No code changes.
To make the new files pass the linter, a couple of the files also have the addition of a comment disabling long-line checks. Pinning actions to hashes inevitably leads to very long lines, and having to put a comment before every instance is IMHO worse in terms of human code readability.
