Updated all 11 alignment tracking files plus README to include PHP and PHP# columns. Key decisions: PHP has no sandbox (minimal determinism-protection), uses RoadRunner (PHP-specific advanced feature), generators with yield for async, runtime command-ordering checks for determinism enforcement.
