Replace dapperdata-based config formatting with Prettier across the template. Adds a Prettier GitHub workflow and .prettierignore, removes the dapperdata workflow and dev dependency, and updates Makefile targets (dapperdata_* → prettier_*), tests choreography, and check/fix commands. Update docs, README, and agent/skill prompt (moved and renamed) to reflect the change and adjust guidance/notes accordingly.
