This PR fixes a header vertical alignment issue by relocating the h1 and tagline from the header to main on homepage, so the layout and styling are consistent with subpages.
A horizontal divider was added to the subpage for consistency, and the yellow border and padding were removed from the alumni grid to reduce visual noise and removed some padding to better align the content with the header.
