  • the wrong CSS class "fa-glyphicon" prevented displaying glyph icons (renamed from "fa-glyphicon" to "glyphicon")
  • removed unused/non-existing CSS class "fas"
  • removed syntax error in HTML style attibute (invalid characters: ') )
