the lsio image uses s6-overlay to run many things in a container at once (bad). but in our case this is what we want and is why the docker mod stuff actually works in the first place.

so this PR now merges in the magical

#!/usr/bin/with-contenv bash
# shellcheck shell=bash

which lets the gunicorn runtime context access the container os env vars set via docker-compose.
