Not very comfortable with this - the lingua franca of OSM is British English and so it would be 'nappies', not 'diaper', but in fact these are generally known in Britain as baby changing tables.

I see what you mean, but present usage and documentation suggests that diaper is more accepted [1-3]Although baby_changing_table would probably be the best tag in sense of clarity it definitely is too long, and the abbreviations lacking one of the three words imho are strongly misleading without reading up the documentation
