… support Naersk didn't work well for cross-builds. Removes naersk flake input, switches package.nix back to rustPlatform.buildRustPackage with cargoLock, bumps version to 0.8.5.

Naersk was introduced as an experiment for Nix build caching but doesn't handle cross-builds well, which we need for the release workflow. Reverts to nixpkgs'
rustPlatform.buildRustPackageand bumps to 0.8.5.
