Adds docs/guides/spts/using-tokens.mdx — end-user guide for receiving, sending, and managing SPTs in Pali Wallet. Content scope verified against the pali-wallet repo at commit 909d8211 (Feb 2026): Send / Receive / Import token / NFT view / Z-DAG toggle / RBF toggle are all present in the source. Pali does not have a dedicated in-wallet Bridge page; the guide routes users to bridge.syscoin.org for NEVM↔UTXO transfers. This is the first of the planned guides/spts/* set for the post-Nexus SPT model. The page is added alongside the pre-Nexus use-tokens.mdx which is being retired in a separate PR.
