`podman build` requires the [`--jobs` flag](https://docs.podman.io/en/latest/markdown/podman-build.1.html#jobs-number) to perform parallel builds in contrast to Docker (BuildKit) which does it by default. Signed-off-by: Dennis Marttinen <twelho@welho.tech>
