Summary

Documents the auto-forwarding behavior of sprite exec and updates the Port Conflicts section to reference the new --no-port-forward flag and the improved sprite proxy error message. Both ship in superfly/sprite-env#468 (merged, awaiting the next rc; available on the dev channel today).

Changes

  • New paragraph under sprite exec calling out that listening ports get auto-forwarded locally, with a pointer to --no-port-forward.
  • Rewrite of Port Conflicts to lean on the new proxy error (it names the holder by pid and command), drop the now-stale "find what's using the port with lsof" advice, and surface the flag as the canonical fix.

The auto-generated cli/commands.mdx will pick up the new flag on the next CLI doc regeneration; no manual edit needed there.

Relates to #154. I'll close that issue once the rc with the binary fix ships.
