re-arranged the pins to allow easier routing for the pcb i think everything still maps propperly no promemis

changed the thickness of the gnd and 12v runs to be .5mm or 1mm idk if thats thick enough also some things are quite close together and quite thin idk if thats ok for the whole signal integrity but it should be ok? (tm)

Adjusted schematic slightly to force commit message
moved GND and +12V to the back copper layer and used those fill zone things
moved 12v filled zone to front layer moved some traces to back layer moved increased trace thicknes from .2mm to .5mm
