Sync the Helm chart appVersion with the app version. The chart structure itself is unchanged (still version 0.2.0), only the metadata label that 'helm list' displays. No template diff. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Sync chart
appVersionlabel with the app version. Chart structure itself (version: 0.2.0) is unchanged \u2014 only whathelm listdisplays.Already applied to the running release on cpn-ful-netcortex1 (rev 55 via helm upgrade); this PR just keeps the repo consistent with the cluster.
