  • Amnesia - Disables reloading and inventory.
  • Asphyxiated - Drains the player's stamina, or health if they have no stamina.
  • Bleeding - Damage over time that ticks every 5 seconds.
  • Blinded - Blurs the player's screen
  • Burned - Increases all damage taken.
  • Concussed - Causes the player's screen to blur on turn.
  • Corroding - Teleports the player to the pocket dimension and drains their HP.
  • Deafened - Muffles sound received.
  • Decontaminating - Drains 10% of the player's health every second.
  • Disabled - Slows the player.
  • Ensnared - Disables the player's movement.
  • Exhausted - Halves the maximum stamina and regeneration thereof.
  • Flashed - Makes the player unable to see for a short time.
  • Hemorrhage - Drains health while sprinting.
  • Invigorated - Gives the player infinite stamina.
  • Panic - Slightly increases stamina usage.
  • Poisoned - Damages the player over time ramping up.
  • Sinkhole - Slows the player, SCPs are immune to this.
  • Scp207 - Infinite sprint and increased movement speed, but drains health.
  • Scp268 - Makes the player invisible.
  • Visuals939 - Gives the player 939-like "vision."
