Sets receipt_l2_gas to 5,800,000,000 on the block builder bouncer block_max_capacity in the hybrid core deployment overlays for mainnet, sepolia-alpha, and sepolia-integration.

That value is the same as the shared batcher_config.json default and is wired as a per-environment replacer override, so these networks explicitly cap how much receipt L2 gas a block may accumulate when the bouncer enforces limits.
