This change modifies the substantive terms of the Business Source License, not just formatting. The original text restricted use to "non-production use" with the Licensor potentially granting "limited production use" through the Additional Use Grant. The new text allows general "use of the Licensed Work" subject to the Additional Use Grant. This is a material change to the license terms that expands the scope of permitted use beyond the standard BSL 1.1 template. If this is intentional, the PR title and description should reflect that this is a substantive license modification, not a formatting fix.
