This pull request introduces several foundational updates to the Perps Widget project, focusing on project documentation, licensing, configuration, and dependency cleanup. The main changes include a rewritten README.md with clear instructions and project details, the addition of a Business Source License, environment variable setup.
Project Documentation and Configuration

  • Rewrote the README.md to describe the Perps Widget, its features, tech stack, setup instructions, and project structure. This makes onboarding and usage much easier for new developers.
  • Added .env.example with required environment variables for Perps API, WalletConnect (Reown), and Moralis, improving developer setup and configuration clarity.

Licensing

  • Added a new LICENSE file using Business Source License 1.1, specifying terms and change date to MIT in 2030.

Miscellaneous

  • Updated the HTML meta description in index.html to better reflect the widget's purpose.
  • Removed .cta.json and AGENTS.md, cleaning up unused configuration and agent instructions. [1] [2]
