Adds ability to control time period shown on graph and pie chart in reporting tab. Preset range buttons have been included under two dropdown buttons, and it is possible to see the previous/next set range with the arrow buttons. Adds grouping functionality to the rating panels, allowing for grouping based on certain configurable metrics. Defaults to group by type if no configuration is set. Add file to the reno documentation build to show release notes for stable/2026.1. Use pbr instruction to increment the minor version number automatically so that master versions are higher than the versions on stable/2026.1.
