However, there might still be an issue in this fix. In order to handle mouseUps outside the checkboxes where the mouseDown occurred inside a checkbox, there in an override of SC.ListItemView#mouseMove in here, which just returns NO.
The question is whether this causes other problems related with handling dragging in the table.
Please review.
