An issue was reported by a local build of NullAway with uber/NullAway#1464 applied. The fix is correct since
org.springframework.jdbc.core.JdbcTemplate#getColumnMapRowMapperreturnsRowMapper<Map<String, @Nullable Object>>. The NullAway fix will be in its next release.
