* upstream: Removed dependency on CFSocket to be 100% GCD based Small fixes Fixed headers not being parsed properly when not received all at once Conflicts: CGDWebServer/GCDWebServer.h CGDWebServer/GCDWebServer.m CGDWebServer/GCDWebServerConnection.m
This caused scrambled headers received by the client, because the memory was released and reused, befor the buffer was sent.
