+## Description
+Rheometers are instruments which are capable of performing complex viscoelastic measurements on soft materials. These measurements are fairly advanced than the simple viscocity measurements provied by traditional viscometers.
+
+Rheological parameters such as yield stress and shear moduli play an important role in understanding/predicting material flow behaviour that affect their processing and final behaviour (e.g paint flow over a surface and drying). These parameters also help in formulating products to achieve the ideal solution in terms of material cost and performance.

+The [**Lange Nacht der Forschung** (Long Night of Research)](https://langenachtderforschung.at) is Austria’s largest public event dedicated to science, research, and innovation. Held every two years across the entire country, it offers free access to hundreds of research institutions, universities, and companies, allowing visitors of all ages to explore science firsthand. 
+
+This year marked the very first Lange Nacht der Forschung (LNF) hosted at the Faculty of Physics at the University of Vienna. Held from 5:00 pm to 10:30 pm, the event attracted nearly 1,700 visitors and featured a wide range of hands-on workshops for both adults and children, alongside dedicated lab tours offered through prior online registration.

+For us at SoMeX, this was our first outreach event as a group. We were delighted to share the fascinating science of soft matter with such a diverse audience, engaging both children and adults through interactive demonstrations.
