Consolidates 14 conflicting dependabot PRs (#767 #769 #770 #773 #775 #776 #778 #780 #782 #784 #785 #786 #787 #788) that all touch package.json/package-lock.json in /frontend and /services/tts. Applied all version bumps and regenerated lock files.
