It produces the same number of records. I guess I'll take it on faith that the internal links were preserved.

You can verify it manually on a few records, if they are fine there is a good chance the rest is fine as well. In the future I'll probably write a simple test case or two. |

Yes, did both of those. Just documenting that I haven't thoroughly tested all the changes. I'm guessing though that maybe the SHACL validation does this - if e.g. an ex:provider points to a urn node, the SHACL will verify that that node exists and is an instance of an ex:Organization because of |
