These tests aren't being used anymore, and they have been converted to the new test harness. However, it is also no particular reason to keep them on a branch, so I guess it is a good idea to just merge this into main for future reference. |

This consolidates the run scripts, so that they iterate over the fixture tables. I have now two rough categories, though it shouldn't matter much how they are grouped.
I have also toned down the LDP compliance somewhat.
