still time to change the name "SofaRegressionProgram" if you have another idea. I'm ok to change, I didn't have other idea and no one complained when I rename it in a PR. |

The main purpose was to get the new regression python script into the installation of SOFA, as it is not copied for the moment.
So I created a new cmake project and manage its installation file inside.
In any case,
Not a fan of the name SofaRegressionProgram, but it is what it is.
