- Upgrade the action to use node24.
- Typescript was required to be upgraded to use @types/node v24 correctly.
- Upgraded @actions/core and @actions/github due to security vulnerabilities.
- Compiler target was updated to support new versions of @actions/github and @actions/core.
- Adjusted renovate.json so that:
- Node versions are correctly recognized by Renovate without overlapping labels applied.
- Renovate won't pin Smartly's actions.
