Documents CRE's new privately managed (Chainlink-hosted) registry, the control-plane split between web3-key and auth-only management,
the new --secrets-auth=browser flow, and the breaking change where the default deployment registry switches to private. Existing on-chain users must
add deployment-registry: "onchain:ethereum-mainnet" under user-workflow: in their workflow.yaml. 12 MDX files updated; astro build passes locally.
