Automation tests rely on access to the K8s cluster, which has been sunset and is no longer used.
Local Docker load test can be used instead https://github.com/smartcontractkit/chainlink/blob/develop/devenv/tests/automation/load_test.go
VRF tests were last changed 2 years ago, and, as with the Automation product, rely on stale staging environments.
The proposal is to keep the number of system-level tests minimal, if future load tests are required for VRFv1,v2,v2Plus they are easier to re-implement from scratch in local environment, see PR#1 and PR#2
