Ping loop is for latency measurement (server selection), not keepalive. 30s was excessive, generating N_clients * N_servers debug logs every 30 seconds. Changed to 1 hour, log level from Debug to Trace.

Summary
The ping loop measures latency for server selection, not keepalive (yamux handles that). 30s was generating excessive debug logging.
