feat: add listen key extend and delete endpoints

Summary

• Add the missing DELETE listen key endpoint for paid ticket Implement deletion listen key #25.
• Wire the existing extend listen key endpoint into exports and ListenKeyService for paid ticket Implement listen key validity period #24.
• Add unit tests for generate/extend/delete listen key service calls and endpoint request metadata.
• Update the README feature checklist.
