This PR is to the user defines some indexes of the table to avoid drag columns into it. Today the "fixed" columns cant be moved, but other columns can be placed into the position of the fixed columns, and thats for my company is a bug, so I developed this feature to the user be able to define lockable columns to avoid to be moved with the fixed flag and avoid to drag another columns into it position.
