- Restructure bash/ to shell/ with .sh extensions
- Add zsh/.zshrc with Starship, zoxide, fzf, nvm, bun
- Move git configs to git/ directory
- Modernize tmux config (remove reattach-to-user-namespace)
- Update Brewfile with modern CLI tools
- Update install.sh for Apple Silicon/zsh
- Remove bash-it, fasd, bower.json, todo.txt references

Use rg for grep aliases. Change gitconfig to build to ~/.fresh/build/gitconfig and use git's [include] mechanism. This allows git config --global to persist while preserving fresh-managed defaults.
Track ~/.config/starship.toml via fresh for consistent prompt styling.
Add bun, bash, ssh-copy-id, and desktop apps (1password, ghostty, iterm2, google-chrome, localsend, tailscale)
