• New 'mod' mode coupling coded into qe.py - for "mask bias hardening" or "patchy tau" estimation (note these are mathematically almost the same but have opposite sign, and differ in whether the modulated field includes noise)
• The HardenedTT class has been generalized so that the field that one is measuring is general and is no longer assumed to be 'phi' or lensing. This involved removing a few spots where lensing is assumed to be the target mode-coupling. The examples in the new scripts are for the 'mod' mode-coupling, in which one wants to bias-harden lensing out of the estimate for tau
• A new HardenedXY class has been written to allow for bias hardening in cases other than TT. This is basically a duplicate of the HardenedTT class -- ideally that would just be a subset of this new one to avoid all the copied code. This allows for, e.g. hardening phi(EB) from the estimate of tau(EB)
