fix: use correct name of a pc (parsec)

Hi @H4ckerxx44 regarding parsec and pica, there is no parsec in https://convert.js.org/types/_unitsbymeasureraw ; https://github.com/search?q=repo%3Ajonahsnider%2Fconvert%20parsec&type=code and probably wrong assertion here: https://github.com/jonahsnider/convert/blob/45c49b6d46c7e894acbec02b761702baff2d539d/src/conversions/measures/length.ts#L27 ; so may be first action is to make a PR in convert

Well, but as the code is always talking about a pc, this is a parsec.

Pica is a unit, yeah, but not associated with pc.

I would change the unit shortcut (right hand side of the number field in the length converter) to pica, and add another row for a parsec.

Hi @H4ckerxx44 but the main problem is that convert use pc for pica (see https://github.com/jonahsnider/convert/blob/45c49b6d46c7e894acbec02b761702baff2d539d/src/conversions/measures/length.ts#L27), so for now, renaming pc to parsec here, in it tools, will be wrong since convert DO NOT handle parsec conversion
