Here, I've introduced both Serbian versions, Cyrillic and Latin. While translating the Cyrillic version, I've noticed few typos and fixed them. Besides that, I tried to follow number of rows per paragraph defined in the English language. Looks like missing rows can cause missaligned ordering, as described here:

At the end, @JohnTitor, please let me know if I made a breaking change updating the name of current the Serbian folder (
sr=>sr-Latn).
