• Hint now has slicker and more compact styles.

Motivation and Context

• updated Hint styles
• removed Hint arrow
• connected css vars to offset and padding (currently offset = padding, although I kept them separate to be able to change in the future)

How has this been tested?

Also some new snapshots for ellipsis were generated for me locally, should I push them? Wasn't sure about the process

I think, we should use here some semantic tokens... like --intergalactic-hint-offset and --intergalactic-hint-shift-padding
