Moves Waypoints and Jump Nodes to their own object creation dropdown distinct from Ships. They are now created with alt-ctrl-click, matching the style of Props' shift-ctrl-click. If other mission designers are like me, this will be a welcome change given how often I use waypoints.
Also has the advantage of cleaning up some more FRED cruft (special ints just to keep track of jump node/waypoint indexes in the ship list).
