Summary
Add a config option for inference servers (e.g. TGI/SGLang) to bind to IPv4 (0.0.0.0) instead of the IPv6 default.
This is intended for IPv4-only Kubernetes pod networking environments where binding to
::can break reachability.Scope
This PR intentionally excludes unrelated changes (e.g. fake-auth ID truncation / DB constraints) to keep the diff minimal.
