Open on line number v2

• Using this PR because this one will probably never get merged due to authors not being very active on that repo.
• Adds the ability to understand the common path notation with line number path/to/file:line
• Adds the ability to open the file immediately under the cursor without having to select anything. Otherwise it just attempts to search for different things on the line without considering what is directly under the cursor.
