Bumps to version 4.0.2. As of version 4.0.3 of openfire the issue with the java 7 dependency will be fixed. |

Adds support for openfire 4.0.1 like already requested in #13
Installs java 8 because java 7 is EOL. The debian package for openfire currently still requires java 7 (bug report as a workaround java 7 is also installed.
But java 8 is used for running openfire.
