If you will not be able to get the feature operational by the end of the course, please add a note to the README that you've made considerable progress on this feature and describe the issues that you've had so that the next team can easily pick up where you leave off. |

NOT working as intended. I have the application.scss and the backtotop.js files in place, but can't get the "scroll back to top" button to work. Is there any other file or gems I need to configure?
