Adds mention of a workaround by installing .NET 10 from Microsoft's repository using their official instructions.

with the latest changes to the script, this works fine but there's no gfx accel via OpenCL (most likely just have to do that in the installer) I'm not aware of any workaround for .NET still so I'm going to put this in review |

Tested to install fine on Debian forky/unstable, despite the repo being for Debian 13 (trixie, stable)
