Add clogman-mode

A RuneLite plugin that restricts item usage based on Collection Log unlocks. Unlike bronzeman mode, this plugin also restricts derived items - items that are crafted from collection log items. Items not in the collection log and not derived from any collection log items will be unrestricted.

Any item that appears in the Collection Log is restricted until you obtain it. Once you get the drop and it's added to your collection log, the item becomes unlocked. Items crafted from collection log items are also restricted until you unlock their dependencies. An item is only restricted if all recipes to create it require collection log items. If there's any recipe that doesn't need a clog item, the item won't be restricted.

On first install collection log must be synced by viewing each tab.

The plugin adds a side panel to manage your unlocks:

• View all unlocked collection log items
• Manually add/remove unlocks
• Reset all unlocks
• Shows unlock progress (X / 1692)
