The 3.0.0 release of com.atlassian.oai:swagger-request-validator-mockmvc is a final-rename release that requires Spring Framework 7 / Spring Boot 4 (Jakarta namespace) per its release notes. This repo runs Spring Boot 3.5.14, so the mockmvc tests fail at runtime when they hit Spring 7 internals not on the classpath.

The 3.x line also rebrands the Maven coordinate to com.atlassian.oai:openapi-request-validator-mockmvc — adopting it requires both a Spring Boot 4 upgrade and migrating off the old artifact name. Tracking that as a follow-up issue. Ignoring 3.x here so dependabot stops re-raising the bump until the Spring Boot 4 upgrade lands.
